Smiling on the face and pretending to be a nice colleague in a workplace, an evil psychopath would make good others fail by traps – stabbing them in the back. His or her true intention is to get rid of competent other workers by lies and manipulation, to go up the career ladder. In their mind there isn’t the slightest idea that their actions would harm the company, not to mention feeling sorry for others. They are just focused on achieving their own success at the cost of others, and the more advances they make, the more losses arise as the natural result. Having an evil psychopath worker makes a big damage to a company in financial performance, not mentioning the ethical aspect.You can imagine what if there are several of them – the company would go bankrupt.
There is a real need for detecting personalities with evil psychopathic traits and effectively combat their dirty methods in any company. Thanks to the advances of artificial intelligence and machine learning, it is now possible to bring light to this domain. We can actually detect those dangerous characters with high probabilities by analyzing their behaviors and speeches and applying a pure mathematical modelling. It is humanitarian and economically critical to find out evil personalities who can succeed in face-to-face interviews with skilful lies and superficial charms; by turning down such an applicant, you can protect the productive workforce who are innocent normal people. I am to develop such a method by statistical modelling applicable to real workplace situations, starting from speech text analysis.
Besides, part of the funding will be used for rescuing those innocent workers who lost their jobs due to evil psychopath’s manipulation as those workers were considered too good to compete with. This is because, even after the departure of the problematic person, the company wouldn’t admit their mistakes and rescue those victims who were affected. Rather than focus on hiding the inconvenient truth and would run empty campaigns to pretend they are serious about diversity and sustainability, not fixing the real organizational problem.
