Sadly, those companies who have realized their own mistakes of having such evil personalities and letting good people go, won’t accept their mistakes nor help the victims even after that problematic personality is gone. They would rather focus on hiding the inconvenient truth and spend money on empty campaigns to pretend they’re investing in diversity and sustainability. The organization’s nature tends to stay the same after the departure of evil psychopathic persons: Once poisoned, the company would stay black for long and immoral leaders would go for Green Washing, not solving the true problem, as this would cause them pains. Such an organizational issue cannot be fixed from the internal source but external support and monitoring are required. The fund will be also spent on finding a measure for such an external controlling mechanism.
